Welcome to Rise & Thrive Support Services — where support empowers and services uplift. Established in 2022.

Our mission: to help individuals with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses and complex needs live fulfilling, self-directed lives in their communities.

We offer a range of person-directed services across Ontario, including both community-based and residential services.

Whether funded or fee-for-service, our supports are grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep belief in each person's right to choose their path.

As an agency aligned with the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), we are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and responsive support that truly makes a difference.
